Ha! Alas the New Year has come. Can't believe we have already completed a decade of the millennium. Time just flies by. But again our resolutions never change.
Every year i see my family members, friends coming up with different excuses of not following the new year resolutions. One guy goes to the extend of saying, Abey Oyi.. New Year Resolutions are there to be broken. Ya Ya.... Chill........
I swear to god, whenever i hear all this can't help but smile. New Year is all about new beginnings. Last year would have gone so much into working, cribbing, worrying, partying and all sorts of things. This year let's make it different. I met a octogenarian recently on a visit to a old age home. He told me every year he makes a resolution of helping someone in need. I really liked his spirit. What if we do the same thing. I am not trying to preach anything here just a simple truth and a matter of fact opinion. Let's do something different this time. Start and end our Year by helping someone who is in dire need ( I am not talking in terms of monitory benefits) any kind of help and make a drastic difference in his/her life.
Sarve Janaaa Sukhinobhavanthu.......
